Cooking Class

Our cooking class begins with an introduction of our evening hostess and instructor, Isabella.  

What follows is a demonstration by Isabella of the proper way to make pici pasta (roll it out until long and very thin--think stringy ribbons).

 

When we (the group) take over, it turns into a party complete with unending wine and snacks. The lovely Mara laughs at (with) us each time she comes around and refills our plates and glasses.

 

The result is nothing that resembles pasta in the least. The chef gamely cooks it up.  We gamely eat it for dinner. We have a ball!
